Email support@freejoyerbot.com before travelling and wait for written confirmation of your pickup date and time. Collection is by appointment during the warehouse hours listed below; the warehouses are not open 24 hours.
Shipping is charged separately on every vehicle order. Product prices do not include freight. The available fulfilment method and final shipping charge depend on the model, dispatch warehouse, destination postcode, remote-area access and unloading requirements. Where no fixed rate is listed below, contact support@freejoyerbot.com for a written quote before ordering.

Known freight rates and transit estimates
The rates below are the warehouse estimates supplied for the listed routes. They are not free shipping. A postcode, remote-area or special-handling surcharge may apply; the confirmed charge shown at checkout or in a written quotation takes precedence.
- F7 and F8 series from Poland: Germany and Poland €30; Finland €70; Hungary €50; Austria €60; Czechia €50. Estimated transit is 1–3 days within Germany and Poland and 3–7 days to other supported countries, after dispatch. Carrier: DHL or DPD.
- F7 Plus from Poland: Germany and Poland €45. Rates for other destinations require a quote.
- FV6 from Germany: Germany estimated €80–€155; Switzerland estimated €200–€400; Luxembourg €230. The exact charge must be confirmed for the delivery postcode before fulfilment.
- Other routes: request a quote. A destination being visible in the market or language selector does not by itself confirm delivery availability.
Transit times begin after dispatch and are estimates rather than guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, remote areas and carrier handling can extend delivery.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available for F7, F7 Plus, F7 Pro, F8 Active, F8 Comfort, FV6 and FV6 MAX only when the ordered variant is physically stocked at that warehouse. FW5 is excluded. Wait for pickup confirmation and bring the order reference; do not travel to a warehouse before an appointment is confirmed.

Before delivery
- Check that the delivery postcode is supported and provide an accessible unloading point.
- Inspect the outer packaging at delivery and record visible damage with photographs before signing where possible.
