Shipping policy
Delivery is currently offered to supported mainland addresses in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Italy and Portugal. Islands, overseas territories and unconfirmed remote areas are excluded. Product-specific restrictions apply; check the rates below.
A country being available at checkout does not confirm delivery to every island or remote postcode. Islands, overseas territories and unconfirmed remote addresses remain outside our delivery area, even if a delivery rate is displayed. Contact support@freejoyerbot.com before ordering if your address may be in one of these areas.
Product prices include tax. We are responsible for the tax treatment of these sales. Any applicable delivery charge is shown separately before payment.
F7 / F7 Plus / F8 / Accessories
F7, F7 Plus, F8 and their listed accessories ship from Poland with delivery included to supported mainland destinations. Local pickup is not available for these products.
Estimated transit: 1–3 days to Germany, or 3–7 days to the other supported countries, after dispatch.
FV6
FV6 ships from Germany. Delivery costs €199 per vehicle to Germany and Luxembourg, or €249 per vehicle to the other supported mainland countries. Estimated transit: 7–12 days after dispatch.
FV6 MAX
FV6 MAX ships from France to mainland France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain. Delivery costs €299 per vehicle. Estimated transit: 3–5 days in France, or 7–12 days to the other listed countries, after dispatch.
For delivery to Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Italy or Spain, FV6 MAX is supplied 50% assembled. Assembly is required before use. Contact us before ordering if you need help checking the assembly requirements.
Pickup by appointment
Pickup is available for FV6 in Hainburg, Germany, and FV6 MAX in Meaux, France. Usually ready in 2–4 days after payment. Email support@freejoyerbot.com to arrange your appointment; travel only after written confirmation.

Delivery estimates start after dispatch and are not a guaranteed arrival date. We will send dispatch information when your order leaves the warehouse.
Inspect the packaging and vehicle on arrival. Report visible damage or a missing delivery to support@freejoyerbot.com with your order number and photos where possible. We will help investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy; this does not restrict your statutory rights.
