This store is operated by FREEJOY HOLDINGS (HONGKONG) CO., LIMITED, Hong Kong company number 3339085. Our business address and contact details are on the Contact page. Shopify hosts our online store; the warehouse location does not change the identity of the seller.

Prices, payment and your order

Displayed product prices include taxes. Delivery is included for F7, F7 Plus, F8 and their listed accessories to supported mainland destinations. FV6 and FV6 MAX have separate delivery charges, shown before payment. Check the model, colour, quantity, currency, delivery or pickup arrangements and total before submitting your order. We will not substitute a different model or add unagreed charges without your agreement. Payment methods and provider conditions are shown at checkout and on our payment page.

Delivery and pickup

F7, F7 Plus, F8 and their listed accessories are delivery-only products dispatched from Poland. FV6 is dispatched from Germany and FV6 MAX from France; both offer delivery to their supported destinations or local pickup from their respective warehouse. Pickup requires an email-confirmed appointment and is usually ready in 2–4 days after payment. Outside France, FV6 MAX is supplied 50% assembled and requires assembly before use. Returns, faults and refunds

Our 30-day return offer is separate from and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights. The Returns & refunds and Warranty pages explain reporting a problem, return transport and the available remedies. Non-quality return freight is paid by the customer only where the required pre-purchase information has been supplied.

Choosing and using the vehicle

Check product dimensions, load limits, access, storage, charging and the supplied manual. Road registration, insurance, licensing and passenger rules depend on the country, model and driver. A product listing does not promise unrestricted road use in every country. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or other users.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory law governs your consumer protections and access to remedies; a card-statement country code does not determine the seller or take those protections away.
